Feedback from Youth Panel Evaluations

Youth Panel Evaluations
During last week, our Youth Panel spoke to over sixty young people on the programme about their experiences - including the quote used in the subject line of this e-news. They documented some of the feedback on our Facebook page.

Changes to employer engagement
Following consultation we are making some changes to our work with employers. GMCVO will be working with employers to deliver opportunities for the programme, such as World of Work visits and The Big Conversation. BiTC will be leading on supporting employers to make sure their recruitment procedures are accessible to young people, as part of their national Future Proof campaign, with City & Guilds Group. The bi-monthly employers meetings will be replaced by employers quarterly workshops jointly hosted by BITC and GMCVO. There will be lots more for employers to get involved in throughout the next few years and we'll be in touch soon with more details.
