March Employer Workshop: Apprenticeships 
On 15th March, we co-hosted our latest Employers Workshop with BITC. Over thirty employers came together to discuss how to make the most of apprenticeship programmes - specifically in relation to young people with multiple barriers to employment. Click here to read more.

Talent Match London

Talent Match London Visit
As part of a knowledge sharing event, Talent Match London visited us at GMCVO early this month. After presentations and discussions of delivery and best-practice, the group visited two of GM Talent Match’s Host Organisation – The Broughton Trust and Reform Radio. Click here to read more about their visit.

Cameron, 19, had very limited trade and construction work experience. Now though, thanks to the patience of dedicated mentors and the ongoing support of Greater Manchester Talent Match, he's working for a flooring business. Jobs fair at the Bridgewater Hall - 20th April - 10am to 2pm
The Job Fair is open to all jobseekers of all age ranges. Including those who are unemployed and looking for work, those who have been recently made redundant or those looking to change career.

Free 'Digital Skills for Jobs' with Rochdale Borough Council
Free sessons available for help wqith searching and applying for jobs online, writing a CV and using email.

Coming Up

Following on from the launch of the Employability Skills and Support project at the July 2017 Main Talent Coach Forum, this is the second opportunity for Talent Coaches to book onto a series of five one day workshops focusing on employability topics. All are to be held at the St. Thomas Centre for a full day session. Registration will be opening soon.
