When Jason, 22, joined the GM Talent Match programme, he was suffering from a lack of motivation and low confidence, as well as living with learning disabilities.

Since working with his Talent Coach, Jason’s confidence and motivation have grown, and he has since progressed into the hospitality industry. He said, “Getting a job has been really fulfilling for me.
