My Story: Young people on the Greater Manchester Talent Match programme
Jason

When Jason, 22, joined the GM Talent Match programme, he was suffering from a lack of motivation and low confidence, as well as living with learning disabilities.

Since working with his Talent Coach, Jason’s confidence and motivation have grown, and he has since progressed into the hospitality industry. He said, “Getting a job has been really fulfilling for me. Had I not been working with (my Talent Coach) I don’t think I’d be in a job at all, or in one that I actually enjoy". Click here to read his story in full.
