We announce that GMCO will lead a new GM Talent Match programme working exclusively with hidden young people!

November 2018

To mark the fact that all young people were exiting the programme by November 30, we hosted a celebratory get-together for Talent Coaches past and present. 

October 2018

A busy month in which we hosted our end-of-programme conference and published new research focused on hidden young people.

September 2018

This month saw our young people take part in two construction site World of Work visits in Bury and Oldham.

August 2018
Include the research findings from our Connect: Learn, Share, Improve project, upcoming mental health training for talent coaches and the last chance to get early bird tickets for the 'Still Hidden' conference!

July 2018
Highlights include a link to buy tickets to our Still Hidden conference in October and the release of the Big Conversaton 2018 evaluation.

June 2018
The June Employer Workshop brought together employers looking to support young people with disabilities, and our second Talent Coach Main Forum of the year helped Talent Coaches prepare young people for the end of the programme. 

May 2018
This month project team and youth panel members attended the GM Chamber annual dinner where the first ever GM Talent Match award was presented. We also held a World of Work visit at the BBC in MediaCity UK, Salford. 

April 2018
Highlights include an introduction to the youth panel's work with Jobcentre Plus, the executive summary of the stakeholder consultation report and the most recent Local Area Impact Report.

March 2018
In March we held an Employer Workshop focussing on apprenticeships, and hosted a visit from Talent Match London. 

February 2018
This month we introducted Workplace by Facebook accross the programme and produced our most recent Local Area Impact Report.

January 2018
January marked a very busy month with the Big Conversation 2018, and the start of two commissioned projects.
