Greater Manchester Talent Match is a Big Lottery funded programme bringing together the private, public and voluntary sectors to support young people aged 18-24 who have been out of employment, education or training for twelve months or more and who need extra support to help them along their pathway to work.
As we are entering the final year of the current programme we have decided to expand the management capacity of the Talent Match team and are recruiting for a Programme Manager who will be responsible for the management and delivery of the programme. This post will work alongside the current Programme Manager whose focus will shift to the development and resourcing of a legacy programme.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: NJC equivalent Points 34 – 38 (starting £30,153) plus 7% pension contribution
