About the opportunity
Our telephonist/call handlers are responsible for dealing with customer queries over the telephone. They arrange collections of donated goods and deliveries of sold goods. The role also involves processing online bookings from our PC system. An excellent telephone manner is essential for this role.

Preferred Skills: Pleasant manner, confident with handling telephone enquiries, able to complete collections/bookings admin.
