Arc Challenge is a 6 month programme, once a week for 2 hours per day.

This is a self development creative arts programme based at the Arc centre in Reddish. The programme is designed to to support participants to develop not only their skills but also their confidence and general wellbeing. Challenge teaches practical skills as well as utilising creative opportunities to help aid psycological resilience. The programme takes a personalised approach to participants who are experiencing ongoing difficulties associated with their mental health. Fully supported by staff, social work students and volunteers, the programme works with each individual to help them fulfill their aspirations.

The challenge is 10:30am - 12:30pm and currently runs twice a week.

The next one starts on the 1st March however they take ongoing referrals throughout the year.
