Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration with The Training Brokers
Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration is designed for learners employed in administrative roles, for example administrative assistants or team administrators, who need to develop or consolidate their skills. It allows learners to apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a national occupation level required by employers, thus proving competency in their job role.
Learners should have completed full-time education up to the age of 16 years. To successfully complete this course, candidates are expected to be working at an appropriate level, and have the ability to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills.
Delivery and assessment
Candidates plan a programme of development and assessment with their assessor and will compile a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate that they are competent against the requirements of each mandatory and optional unit. Regular interaction is maintained with your assessor who will provide support, guidance and developmental feedback against the evidence presented. Further assessment consists of a balance of ‘on the job’ observations and professional discussion. This ensures you minimise time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to your own organisation’s context.
These qualifications are very flexible. The time to complete them will depend on the units you choose and delivery time. Level 2 Certificate in Business Admin can takes between 1-6 months
