Join us as a Customer Sales Advisor and you’ll be supporting one of the world’s leading telecoms providers Vodafone. In this role you’ll be chatting with existing or potential customers, either via the phone or online, and showcasing all Vodafone has to offer. In addition to selling their products and services, you’ll be processing orders, managing information and helping to deliver a great customer experience, with every call.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to customers. Being part of a friendly and supportive team, learning some new skills. You’ll also need to have a hunger for sales and a drive to succeed!

  • You’ll have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers, with great listening skills to boot
  • You’ll be great at problem solving, leaving the customer happy each and every time
  • You’re proactive when it comes to showcasing Vodafone portfolio, and with products changing all the time, you’ll need to be a quick learner and able to adapt as required
  • Of course, a good digital knowledge goes without saying, as well as a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Full Time - 5 weeks shift pattern to include weekends

Opening hours are 8am – 9pm
