The Apprenticeship on offer here gives you the opportunity to work within a close-knit and highly skilled 2nd line team as an Apprentice Technical Analyst, supported and being responsible for managing our customer base. You will be:
- Managing and Supporting first time fixes
- Supporting customers with Fully Managed implementations
- Proactive system Monitoring
As part of your role you will work within customer Service Level Agreements delivering quick resolution and a high level of customer service. Dealing with business critical incidents on a regular basis, you will need strong communication skills, team working and knowledge of Microsoft products coupled with good troubleshooting methodology.
Training and Career progression are a fundamental part of the role. Our people are fully trained to specialise in key areas of technology and will provide consistent support throughout the Apprentice journey. We will provide and pay for all necessary course materials and classes.
This is a guaranteed apprenticeship and we will offer a full time position once you have successfully completed the 12 months apprenticeship. You will gain a qualification in Advanced Diploma in ICT professionalism this is run in-house
